Really disappointing
National Maritime Museum Cornwall的点评
点评：We were hoping to quickly pop in after a lovely visit to Pendennis Castle, on our way back to our accommodation. We had an Art Pass which we had understood would give us free entry making a short trip worthwhile.
Unfortunately having arrived the staff at the entrance desk bluntly stated that they do not accept the Art Pass and have not done for a number of years. We were confused as we checked the Art Pass website which showed and active listing but it was reiterated to us with no compassion and no attempt to offer any gesture of any kind.
We recognise that the staff were under no obligation to do so but given we had arrived in good faith even an attempt at a gesture would have gone a long way to making us feel more welcome. Instead we left with two upset children and a bad feeling about the attitude of the staff. Really disappointing.
