点评:The line was long and slow to check into. I didn’t understand why it was taking so long for each person to check into the lounge. After 15 minutes of waiting, we got to the desk. Traveling with my husband and 2 children I had one free guest and agreed to pay for my children. It took them 20 minutes to try to process our entry. I still don’t understand what they were doing. I paid 55 euro for each child and then they were scanning out boarding passes over and over again for 10 more minutes while the line built behind us. I felt terrible for holding up the line, but there was nothing I could do. When we finally got into the lounge after 35 minutes there was NOT ONE open seat. Is a lounge a lounge if you must stand? I immediately turned around and just asked if i could have a refund, and they refused.
Everyone in France was so kind and I loved the trip, until the CDG extime lounge.
