点评:There is a lot to see and do while in Tallinn but if you want to learn a bit more about the city history, fortification of the city or find a place to escape rain this may be best for that. The museum is interesting and has some spooky areas like the passages underneath and some local legends for ghosts.
The cost to enter was 16 euros and we spent just over an hour in the main fortification part, a short walk through the passages and about 10 minutes in the carved stone museum. It made sense for us to do everything because it is a one way kind of museum and it exits on to the Freedom Square. We would recommend a good pair of shoes and a moderate mobility level because there are some slippery parts along the stairs especially in the passages.
Tallinn is very walkable and this museum is a short walk away from the Toompea Hill and Town Hall areas. We did a good self-guided tour in Tallinn.
