Brilliant, but get your act together!

点评：Such a brilliant museum! Just the tower itself is worth a visit. A glass elevator brings you up to the platform where you have a wonderful view over the city. Afternoon is better as the sun is then in the west and lights the old town nicely. Would be a 5/5 rating,
but ...
- A sofa in front of a major tomb stone so you now only see the top part.
- One of the major attractions of the museum, the double-winged retable of the High Altar only shows one set of wings. There is no system in place to allow people to see all wings!
But that's what I came for!
- Two large screens to give you more information about the altars only the touch screen is not working nicely. On top they are place in such an unfortunate place that there is lots of glare and reflection. You can't see the content properly.
- The Dance Of The Death, an absolute masterpiece which I died for to see: glare, reflection, a catastrophic presentation.
- You need to see and ask for an audio-guide yourself. They are not offered to you. The museum has no system in place to make sure they are fully loaded before handing them out. Mine died halfway through my visit.
- For the elevator you are asked to only press the buttons for the floor you want to go. What it does not say is that level 3 is closed. Taking the stairs down you are trying to open the door to level three because there is no sign to tell you, that it is closed.
What the heck! Does nobody of you notice?
- And: Who programmed the elevator? I press to go up. It comes from the skydeck, goes past me to the ground floor. So far, so good and correct. Comes up again (one person in it) but does not stop to pick me up but drives straight past me. That's exactly how you get people to press all buttons available to them.
