点评:Niguliste Museum is housed in St. Nicholas Church, a 13th‑century Gothic church and one of the oldest buildings in Tallinn. Although it no longer functions as a regular place of worship, it has been transformed into a museum where history, art, and architecture come together. It is a beautiful building. If you are visiting on a weekend, time your visit to coincide with the traditional organ recitals held on Saturdays and Sundays. The recitals begin at 16:00 and last around 30 minutes. The Dance of Death, located in St Anthony’s Chapel, is the museum’s most renowned piece and the most valuable medieval artwork in Estonia. I ended my visit by taking the elevator to the viewing platform in the Niguliste church tower. From the top, a 360‑degree panorama opens over the UNESCO World Heritage‑listed Old Town. I initially thought the entrance ticket was a little expensive, but it covered a great deal. It was worth it, and I would recommend a visit.
