点评:This was a great way to spend an early fall weekend. I had read the reviews that it would be very busy, so I expected a crowd. Honestly, it wasn’t too bad, except for late Saturday afternoon. And we never waited more than 15-20 minutes for anything. In one day, we managed (my husband, and two teenaged sons) to ride the Mountain Coaster twice (did this as soon as it opened—this line DOES get really long), ride the Gondola to the top, do the zip lines, do the Treetops Ropes courses, do the Canopy Climb, play mini golf, ride the water trikes, climb the rock wall, and do the Agora evening experience. It was the most packed day ever. My plan is to actually go back midweek next year and slow things down a bit. But it was honestly a lot more to do than I thought just by looking at their website! And the did an excellent job with safety—I have been on some sketchy zip lines and mountain coasters in the US and the Caribbean, and I am pretty sure Canada’s standards are much stricter (or at least this place had high safety standards).
My only complaint: some of the younger staff were fairly rude (ie. Making a girl who was maybe 13 who had the wrong equipment for the ropes course walk down the mountain and back up it instead of letting her dad take it—in order to help with “line management” and the SAME worker in a different location later who turned several people rudely away because their wristband came off). I am not sure if they were just burnt out from the busy season or what, but I typically don’t encounter this when I am in Canada (and the poor shell-shocked other tourists there seemed just as floored as me). Even still, I am most definitely returning, as 95% of the staff was amazing and I loved all of the things that could entertain my teenagers.
