点评：Booked a fall tour online, went through the whole process of selecting the date, number of people, which car we wanted to ride in, and put my credit card in. As the date for the trip approached, I realized I didn’t have any sort of email confirmation of our tickets, and the credit card had also not been charged yet for the tickets. I called the phone number a few times before someone answered. After giving them my information, they did not show any tickets for the chosen date in my name. I was told the tickets must have sold out before I completed payment, but they could not say why the website did not indicate there was a problem, just that “it does that sometimes”. Went back on the website and booked 2 more tickets. Unfortunately, only enclosed cars were available, we originally wanted open-air cars but this was the only date available that we could go with our schedule.
On the day of the trip, getting the tickets and boarding was easy. The seats were not very comfortable in the car we were assigned to. The trip began on time, but as we were enjoying the view and recorded information, our car host was going around telling his life story to everyone. That combined with a couple of grandparents who had brought a toddler with no interest in being there who was screaming and throwing toys made for a terrible experience. When we arrived in Tennessee, we got up and talked to the host in one of the open-air cars and found out he had some open seats. The return trip was much more enjoyable as that car host just answered questions and took photos for people.
