Amazing Park for families, go sundays for the Farmers Market

点评：What an utterly gorgeous find Lake Eola
Was. After some disappointing trips to other parks, we were blown away by Lake Eola. We planned to visit on a Sunday for the farmers market and it was probably the best market we’ve ever visited. A great balance of good food, drinks, crafts laid out perfectly in sun and shade which is much needed for a Florida summer. We tried a variety of items including fresh coconut, lemonade, cookies, popcorn, cinnamon rolls, coffee and sandwiches and everything was amazing. The prices were steep but the quality reflected the high prices and the staff at each stall were super friendly especially with young children. We enjoyed the playground for a short time but it needs to be updated and our children were bored quickly. The restrooms next to it were perfectly located and relatively clean. The walk around the lake was gorgeous as no bikes or scooters allowed. The swan boat rental was uppercuts and 30 mins was a great amount for small kids. We saw loads of birds. Swans and even some turtles. An absolute gem of a place and we hope to return!
