Fort Bridger State Historic Site的点评
点评：Let me start off by saying that we made reservations to get a tour of this place months in advance. We were not informed that there was going to be any restrictions, so we planned on being there for a few hours.
Upon arrival, everything went smoothly, we were with two tour guides the entire duration and they were very patient with our group.
However, the tour only lasted two hours, due to a vast majority of the buildings being “closed” and we were not able to access them unless we wanted to “peek through the windows of the buildings.” We were not informed about any of the buildings being “closed” before we arrived. It was not until we were done with 1/3 of the tour, we were finished eating lunch, and we had been sitting in 55° weather, waiting on our tour guides, that we were notified about a majority of the buildings being closed.
I feel like this place would really thrive if they ran it more properly and professionally. I’m not sure if there was a staffing issue they had to deal with but we unfortunately did not get to experience the entire tour.
