BIASE, LACK OF HONEST REPORTING AND A TRAUMATISING EXPERIENCE

点评：We were traumatised from start to finish.
The staffs were quick to call out abuse and made remarks about swearing and cussing them. We asked for proof of incidence but they couldn’t provide it. They barged into room and made excuses about broken doors at 11pm at night and wanting to fix it.
The bathroom was filthy and we had to wipe the handles ourselves.
The two ladies who were at the reception were very defensive and wouldn’t listen one bit. They had to be right and use policy as a shield to the painful and traumatising communication skills.
The lack of honesty and biases in reporting was shocking. Even when forced to check out , it was all words and no cctv footage of what was claimed to happen.
We’ve stayed at TRAVELODGE a lot. But this one is a definite NO. The bias was obvious from the start . We felt threatened and wasn’t sure who would open the door while we were asleep.An horrible experience.
