点评：I live in the UK and learned about Eden Hand Arts from a TikTok I saw at the beginning of the summer.
It so happened that I was travelling to Boston for my summer holiday so I decided to visit Eden as one of the stops in my journey.
I loved the story behind the shop and thought that the pieces were beautiful. However, I was terrified about some of the reviews, and the system you have to go through to get a ticket.
I was going to be in the area on the last batch of tickets of the season, so I really only had one chance. I had done a trial run to see what time tickets would come up before the real deal, and every time, tickets had sold out immediately and by the time I had checked they were gone.
On the day when my tickets came out (and because of the time difference), I started refreshing the page every minute since about 6am US time. I was super freaked out and when the page refreshed, and I saw that all the spots had just come out, I jumped to get a ticket.
I was freaked out when they asked for details that don't appear on my UK ID, as on their website, they say they are really strict with that, and a simple typo won't get you in.
However, on the day of my visit, the lady at the entrance was absolutely lovely, and after explaining my situation and showing our IDs, let us in.
Everyone working there was super nice, chatty and friendly! I had wanted the herring bracelet since the beginning, and initially, the lady working there had said that they were all sold out (as it was the end of the summer). However, she immediately offered to make me one, and I had it within minutes!
My mom got the original cape cod bracelet, and we got one for my sister too!
I had a lovely experience and I feel so blessed to have such a unique piece of jewellery that I am sure I'll wear for the rest of my life!
Hope to be able to go back sometime soon!
