点评:I have never posted a Google review before, but based on my experience with the ski school, I felt it was necessary.
I was extremely disappointed with the ski school program this season. My four-year-old son barely received any instruction. He only went down the magic carpet 6-7 times all winter, and one day, he the magic carpet was broken and instructors were pulling the children up with their poles. The group sizes were too large for meaningful instruction, and despite multiple attempts to contact management throughout the season, I got little to no response.
One particularly frustrating experience was when I called for help and was told that the manager, Sara, was standing right next to the person on the phone but refused to take my call. I was told she would call me back, she never did. That lack of accountability speaks volumes about how this program is run. On another occasion, the gentleman I spoke to agreed that their program was being poorly run this season, but didn’t have the authority to grant any refund.
I also know I’m not alone in these concerns. Many other parents were unhappy with how things were handled and struggled to get assistance. For the cost of this program, I expected my child to get real instruction and the chance to improve, but that didn’t happen. I can’t recommend this ski school based on our experience.
