Room 67 Sea View ground floor
Arrived just after 3.30pm, a lovely warm welcome from reception staff & also an abundance of pesky flies 🪰🪰🪰
Our room wasn't quite as good as I expected, sadly the unobstructed sea view we booked is actually obstructed by 2 trees & a lot of bushes.
It was clean & comfortable.
There was a problem with the guests upstairs who were drunk & broke a glass on their balcony, and the shards fell on top of us through the slats as we were sitting outside ours watching the amazing lightning storm. They took no notice when we shouted up to them. It ruined our evening completely 🙄 Luckily no injuries but we had bare feet so had to be really careful in the dark where we trod to get in. I swept up in the morning and told reception who sent staff to finish the job 😊
Next night again they were noisey banging about way after 10pm, this was a couple about our age who should know better!
We had a good stay but it wasn't quite what it should have been because of the people upstairs & we left disappointed.
The restaurant food is excellent & well priced in both venues & staff everywhere are helpful & super friendly.
The shop shutting between 12 & 2pm is ridiculous, just when people want an ice cream & nowhere else to get one!!
The resort fee: How many people actually pay it? We did, but no one ever asked us to see proof. How much money are you losing because people don't pay it. Why not take payment as people book in or at least have the QR code in the rooms with instructions to do it.

我们的房间没有我想象的那么好,遗憾的是我们预订的无遮挡海景实际上被 2 棵树和许多灌木丛遮挡了。
房间干净舒适。
楼上的客人喝醉了,在阳台上打碎了一个玻璃杯,碎片从板条上掉下来砸在我们身上,当时我们正坐在外面观看惊人的雷暴。当我们向他们大喊时,他们没有注意到。这彻底毁了我们的夜晚 🙄 幸运的是没有人受伤,但我们光着脚,所以在黑暗中我们必须非常小心才能进去。我早上打扫了一下,告诉接待处,他们派了工作人员来完成这项工作 😊
第二天晚上 10 点以后,他们又发出了嘈杂的敲打声,这是一对和我们年龄相仿的夫妇,他们应该更了解情况!
我们住得很愉快,但由于楼上的人,情况并不像应该的那样,我们失望地离开了。
餐厅的食物很棒,价格合理,每个地方的员工都很乐于助人,非常友好。
商店在 12 点到 2 点之间关门,这太荒谬了,就在人们想吃冰淇淋而没有其他地方可以买到的时候!!
度假费:有多少人真正支付了?我们付了,但没有人要求我们看证明。因为人们不付,你损失了多少钱。为什么不在人们预订时接受付款,或者至少在房间里放上二维码并附上付款说明。
