Amazon World Zoo Park的点评
点评：We visited on a very showery day at the end of the school hols with a7 year old and a 3.5 year old. There was just enough for them too enjoy. I find big zoos can be a bit overwhelming but this was just right, especially the indoor and nocturnal houses with animals actually moving about! The boys loved it. Of course the obligatory soft play was a hit, but again was just the right size for everyone.
I have two gripes however:- The wallaby feeding enclosure had one very lonely looking wallaby under a tree. Not 'engaging with the public' shall we say! Wallaby Food is from a machine outside and I'm not kidding for £1 you get about 6 pellets of food, which you then throw away as the wallaby isn't interested!! I understand animal are not always available as
in the publicity photographs. However why not close the attraction in these circumstances and please don't rip off customers for food.
Second gripe:- We always take a picnic so can't comment on the food but we did 'treat' ourselves to a cup of tea in the soft paly area before going home. I can honestly say it must have been the worst cup of tea I've ever had!!! Please Amazon World do invest in some decent teabags!!!
