An unforgettable rafting adventure from the start!

点评：Our river rafting experience was the absolute highlight of our trip—and the perfect way to celebrate a 60th birthday! We were picked up directly from our resort and taken to the company’s base camp, where we climbed into an open-air off-road truck for a fun, scenic ride through the lush rainforest. It set the tone for an amazing day.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. Along the way, our guides made thoughtful stops to show us local flowers and plants, explaining their uses and even handing out flowers to the girls. Those little touches made the experience feel extra special.
We expected the rapids to be mild, but they were exciting, fast, and so much fun—definitely not boring! Halfway through, we pulled over for a short walk to an absolutely stunning waterfall where we could swim and even walk behind the falls. It was the perfect spot for the fresh fruit, cookies, and water they provided as a snack.
A kayaker followed us the entire time snapping hundreds of photos, which they later shared with us at no cost—such a wonderful surprise and an amazing keepsake from the birthday celebration.
After the rafting, we headed back in the adventure truck to base camp, where a delicious and beautifully prepared lunch was waiting. Every guide we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional at their job. We felt completely cared for from start to finish.
Celebrating a 60th birthday on this adventure made it our best day in Costa Rica. We can’t wait to come back and do it all again!
