点评：This is probably the most popular attraction in Queenstown. Skyline is a mountaintop attraction situated at Bob's Peak around 450 metres above the town centre and Lake Wakatipu. It is accessible by way of a gondola ride and is open from 9.30am to 9pm daily.
The gondola ride is the steepest in the Southern Hemisphere and takes roughly 5-6 minutes between the lower and upper terminuses. Rides start at NZ$69 per person (return is included) but there are numerous combo and packages that include family rates, luge rides and/or other activities. You can order tickets online and skip the ticket queue on arrival. The gondolas can carry 10 passengers each and views of the lake and surrounding environs are very good as you climb Bob's Peak.
At the top you will find cafes, gift shops, luge track, access to hiking trails including the famous Bob Lomond Track. There is a large outdoor terrace with remarkable views. It is a fun place and the views on good weather days are really impressive. However, it can be quite crowded and the queue for the gondola ride upwards can be long so very much worth buying tickets online before arriving.
