点评：We are taking part in the wildlife trust 30 days of wild. One of our challenges was to take a walk in the woods. So we choose wendover woods. As we have never been before. About 1 hour drive from home. When you arrive the cameras take your reg photo. You then enter your reg into the machines when leaving so it knows how long you have been in the woods. You park up and are ready to explore the woods. There are a lot of money-making schemes, money for the Stick Man trail, and Wallace and Gromit trail. We had no children or dogs. we just went for our own walk. There are different trails to do we went with the 5k walk. We thought there was a trail, and then you found the gruffalo. It seemed as soon as you walked in the woods there he was. Great photo opportunity 👍. Love reading the stories to the children. The woods have lots of wildlife. We saw different types of butterflies 🦋. We saw moths dragonflies, slug and snails, you can hear the birds singing on the way out we saw a deer. It was a lovely walk but expensive two hour walk it costed us £7. You can go to other woods/forests and it's free. It was somewhere we wanted to visit but we probably won't visit again. 😔
