点评:Terrible experience. Motorhome was quite new and initially we were happy but once we were on the road it was not the case. The motorhome had a fridge that did not work properly and froze all of our food twice. There was no TV, the hot water only worked intermittently, two blinds didn't go all the way up, there were no manuals or instructions for anything. I tried to contact customer service while we were on the road and no one replied. We were talked into an insurance package we didn't need and if we didn't go with their insurance they would have taken $5,000 AUD out of our bank with a 30 day refund of money. We hired linen and it didn't fit the bed properly. Food left in the fridge from the previous customers. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the shower floor, toothpaste splatters on the mirrror and the shower door didn't close properly. The induction took all of 5 minutes and we were hardly shown anything, including the QR code which we were apparently meant to scan for support. It's a shame we got blamed for not using the code when we didn't know that's what we were supposed to do.
On return I sent 3 emails before someone replied and basically I was told "sorry for the inconvenience and we are looking into it" Terrible customer support and service.
Not good enough. Absolutely would not recommend
