点评:Absolutely pathetic experience
It was our first time a hiring motorhome and the entire experience with Justgo has been absolutely horrendous to say the least.
On checkin, staff was more interested in finishing their duty and heading home and gave us the the vehicle tour in about 5 mins, leaving us with more questions after the tour than before and we ended up going back inside twice requesting someone else to explain other functions.
Had a flat tyre on day 2, with the tyre being completely flat (unfixable with a patch). Explained this clearly to the breakdown support, yet after 2 hrs they send a Van support who didn't have a spare tyre. Furthermore their breakdown cover wouldn't cover something as basic as tyre replacement. Ridiculous!
Finally, breakdown support asked me to pay from my own pocket for a new tyre and that they will refund it. Lol!
So wait again for another 2hrs for a different vendor.
Lost one whole day of my rental for something as basic as a flat tyre.
Returned the vehicle after a week only to discover there has been no record of any breakdown/incident, let alone refund being issued.
On top of it the front staff rather than being apologetic, says we don't promise you a refund anymore, but we will look into the matter. Really?
Since then, everyone from breakdown support to front office staff to accounts have been just stalling and pushing it to each other with no one taking any responsibility and have the audacity to call the customer irate after failing to act for over a month. It's been over a month now and the situation is still the same.
I would rather pay a bit more and hire elsewhere next time than spoiling my vacation. Worse rental experience ever across anywhere in the world!

就因为爆胎这种基本服务,我损失了一整天的租车费用。
一周后还车,却发现没有任何故障/事故记录,更别提退款了。
更糟糕的是,前台工作人员非但没有道歉,反而说我们不再承诺退款,但我们会调查此事。真的吗?
从那以后,从故障支持到前台工作人员再到财务人员,每个人都在拖延,互相推诿,没有人承担任何责任,竟然胆敢在一个多月没有采取行动后就愤怒地打电话给客户。现在已经一个多月了,情况仍然一样。
下次我宁愿多付点钱去别处租车,也不愿毁了我的假期。这真是世界上最糟糕的租车体验!
