点评:We visited here as part of a tour group. Listening to others in the group saying "not more stones to look at", I realise these types of archaeological sites aren't everyones cup of tea. Personally, I never tire of looking at this stuff, so I found the visit very interesting, especially the theatre, which is incredibly steep. And the cable car ride up was fun.
As with a few of the historic sites we've visited in Turkey, the site is not very well maintained. The walkway, which appears to have been formed from railway sleepers, is badly in need of maintenance and repair with sections of it rotten and crumbling away. Sections of the site are also very steep and the paths slippery with gravel, so I'd make sure you wear decent footwear.
The visitor facilities, again as with other sites we visited, are pretty poor. There are a couple of cafes which sell drinks but neither look particularly clean. The toilets are a total disgrace (you can smell them before you reach them) to the point I couldn't go and decided to hold on until we found decent ones somewhere else.
