A great local spa break.

点评：I booked a spa day for my husband's birthday as this was reasonably priced with a treatment, access to the outdoor jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and the relaxation room.
The location appeared modern and the gym manager welcomed us and made sure we felt welcomed and that nothing was too much trouble.
We received a robe and towel as part of our package and our treatments had been pre-booked. When we arrived we filled in a short health questionnaire before we were able to enjoy the facilitates.
Included in the package was the Rasul Mud Experience, this was really nice and a great way to start off the relaxation. The jacuzzi was outside, and I have to say it was not that relaxing, the noise from the busy A55 could be heard when the jets on the jacuzzi were off. The astro turf that had been placed around the entrance to the jacuzzi was very wet and the roof above was very dirty and overall was not as enjoyable as I had hoped.
The steam room and the sauna were relatively small but still perfectly suitable and enjoyable. There was also complimentary water stations dotted around the location and we were also provided with a bottle of water to have during the Rasul Mud Treatment.
The treatment rooms were lovely and relaxing and it was relatively quiet with not passing staff members or other guests chatting. I liked that we could have a couple treatment at the same time as it allowed us to really enjoy a couples spa day.
We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious and complimentary refreshments were available throughout the day. In the relaxation room the water jars were empty which was disappointing and it would benefit from some healthy teas in there to allow guests to relax in there rather than venturing into the main restaurant and bar.
Overall it was an enjoyable experience and the set up was efficient and relaxing.

理疗室舒适放松，环境也比较安静，没有工作人员走动，也没有其他客人聊天。我很喜欢可以同时进行双人护理，这让我们真正享受到了情侣水疗日的乐趣。
我们在餐厅享用了午餐，味道鲜美，而且全天都提供免费茶点。休息室里的水罐是空的，这有点令人失望。如果能提供一些健康的茶饮，让客人在休息室放松身心，而不用去主餐厅和酒吧，那就更好了。
总的来说，这是一次愉快的体验，酒店的设施和服务高效且令人放松。
