Ho Chi Minh Memorial – Insightful visit

点评：We did a guided tour of the Ho Chi Minh Memorial and really enjoyed it. The guide gave a clear and interesting explanation of Ho Chi Minh’s life, beliefs, and his huge role in Vietnam’s independence. He’s still deeply respected by the people, seen as a symbol of unity and national pride.
We also got to see his old stilt house, which was simple but full of meaning—it really reflected his modest lifestyle. The garden around it is beautiful, with a peaceful lake full of fish and shady trees. There were also two of his old Russian cars on display, which was a cool touch of history.
Overall, a great learning experience. I recommend to book a guided tour, or rent a “guide headset” to get most out of your visit.
There is a security check at the entrance, they mostly look for lighters and stuff like that.
We were allowed to bring our own water bottles.
Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Hanoi, and if it’s not too hot :-)
