点评：I did a half-day tour to visit the rockbund and the bund. The rockbund is the start of the bund. Just a few minutes walk distance. Today, there is a weekend event - "A Taste of Rockbund". It is like a weekend food market. I tried a lot and the one I like the most is the KIKI乌金·炭火烧鸟. The staff told me that they have restaurant in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan and many other cities. The yakitori set is 68 RMB for 5 skewers. Chicken thigh (鸡腿肉) Chicken heart (鸡心)Chicken neck (鸡脖子)Cartilage/Pompadour (掌中宝)and Pork belly (五花肉)The grilling technique is seriously on point. The heat control is amazing—even the chicken heart came out incredibly juicy, which is honestly hard to pull off. Plus, they serve it with their own house-made chili powder; it definitely packs a punch and runs a bit spicy, but the flavor profile is fantastic. After the food tour, i take a short walk on the bund and enjoy the view of the bund.
