Won't be back next year - so much potential to improve!

点评：This used to be our favourite place to ski in Ontario but after this year we won't be going back again any time soon. Here are the main frustrations:
- hoards of novice skiers who do not follow basic ski safety or courtesy. Too many close calls with people bombing the hill or generally skiing out of control and no enforcement of the rules by staff/patrol
- no order or sorting into the correct numbers in the lift lines. People cant figure it out themselves, people constantly on the back of your skis, the chaos is stressful
- large number of people standing at bottom of hills (in the way of lift lines) making videos, taking selfies, often in large groups
- the bring your own lunch area is now completely jammed with chairs so close to the next table you cannot walk around or even move an inch, that combined with people using their bags to "save" tables and taking up half the available table and chair space plus non-skiers (guessing parents of skiing youths) taking up space watching movies on phones or laptops.
Management needs to get more ski patrol, enforce the code, have clear signage at lift lines, more staff to control the lines. Most important is to display and enforce safety rules. I cannot stress this enough. Perhaps in multiple languages. With this many beginner skiers without anyone showing them the rules, it has become a dangerous situation and people are going to get hurt. This is the same reason I stopped skiing at Blue.
The chalets may be too small now to accommodate the number of guests so they need to expand the day lodges' storage space and/or enforce their own rules (ie no bags on tables, tables/chairs are for guests not a set up work from home office while your kids ski). Or invest in more space so this is an option.

管理层需要增加滑雪巡逻人员，严格执行滑雪守则，在缆车排队处设置清晰的指示牌，并增加工作人员来维持秩序。最重要的是张贴并执行安全规则。这一点我怎么强调都不为过。或许应该使用多种语言。这么多初学者滑雪者，却没有人向他们讲解规则，这已经造成了危险，很容易发生意外。这也是我不再去蓝道滑雪的原因。
小木屋现在可能太小，无法容纳这么多客人，所以他们需要扩大日间休息室的储物空间，或者加强自身规则的执行（例如，桌子上不能放包，桌椅是给客人用的，不是用来当临时办公室，孩子们滑雪的时候就不用）。或者投资扩建，这样就能解决这个问题了。
