点评：Always the discussion - which side do you see first?
We think the Argentinian side but you decide… and see both - not on the same day!
DAY 1 - ARGENTINIAN SIDE
Quite a bit of walking over all the fabulous steel walkways
- Upper. Take the mini train to Devils Throat stop, open walk across the walkways (do this first as not much shade). The platforms are at the top of the falls; you will get soaked from the spray. Take small micro towel to wipe camera lenses, glasses and face! It will be busy but this does not deter from the awesomeness of this apex.
- Middle. Stunning views and you can appreciate the vastness of the falls.
- Lower. A different view but definitely worth doing even if you’re getting tired and hot. Some shade.
Day 2 - BRAZILIAN SIDE
Now you realise the pure scale of these falls; simply stunning. Singular concrete walkway down to the main platform out over the falls. Fantastic views. Lift up to the top.
Take (or buy at one of the shops) a light waterproof poncho for the spray at Devils Throat and a brolly for shade during the heat of the day. Trainers are fine - but not flip flops etc. Plenty of food, drinks and toilet stops.
You cannot help but be left in awe at the power and beauty of these falls…
