点评:Renovations are still on going to the outside of the theatre, after all this time!!
Queues and confusion at every turn. What’s missing here is clear and concise signage for the auditorium, coffee shops bar and, most importantly, toilets.
Pricing at this venue is extortionate. £5.50 for one piece of coffee cafe!
Come on Cliffs, your clients would like to be treated reasonably, with good value for money for food and beverages after shelling out good money for show tickets.
That said, the stall seating is poor. No slop to the floor in this area and low uncomfortable seats. Time for a rethink and design. It’s no fun watching a show through the back of another clients head.
Merchandising is another area where clients are ripped off. T-shirt etc., no bag, take it as it is or don’t take it at all. Either way, £30, please.
The theatre and staff have become complacent. They’ve worked here for so long they’ve forgotten how the customer service process works.
Time for a complete overhaul.
If it wasn’t for the great show (No singing or dancing until you’re authorised to do so) I would have walked.
