点评：NSTRAVEL did a ‘no-show’ for us at Santorini Airport.
Our travel agent confirmed our pick up the day before and we were provided with a contact phone number, just in case.
Our flight was delayed and when we walked out of the terminal, we found the NSTRAVEL kiosk with my name and hotel listed, but there was no representative.
I telephoned the contact number, and in short, yes, acknowledged our booking, but the lady was useless, she kept telling me to ring her back every five minutes!
In the end, they could not find our driver, and offered no further help.
Very disappointed with NSTRAVEL, considering we had booked well in advance, the booking was reconfirmed, they had our flight details to track our flight.
Obviously, someone was there, but decided they didn’t want to wait, as all the other pre-booked transfers were there, but not ours!
We have never received any apology, or communication since, so I would NOT recommend NSTRAVEL in Santorini.
