点评：I booked through this company via GetYourGuide as that website has never failed me… well these guys most certainly did.
We booked the ferry tickets from Santorini to Crete with included transfers, which stated on the booking that we would be emailed our e-tickets 48-24 hours prior to our booking.
As the 24 hour free cancellation approached, they still had absolutely no communication about when the transfer would turn up, or what time our ferry was, or did not have our etickets sent to us at all.
This prompted me to call the company only to be told they don’t have any of the bookings up other than the same day, and to call back later. Then she hung up….
We called back insisting we wanted details of our ferry & transfer, only to be told to call back at 3:30 or 4…. Well funny that because that would be beyond the free cancellation time (as if they knew).
We insisted to have the etickets sent to us by 3pm otherwise we would cancel. And she told us the etickets are never sent, the driver will have them instead (conflicting information from when we booked). She then proceeded to hang up.
I was not confident that they had even purchased the tickets, and I don’t trust they are a reliable company. So I cancelled. Do not trust them unless you want last minute unreliable details.
