点评：Very disappointing experience with this transport company. Despite having a paid booking and written confirmation for the service, the company failed to honour the arrangement.
When we contacted the operator on May 10th between 4pm and 5pm using the same telephone number provided on the voucher, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told to contact another branch, even though the booking had been arranged directly through the main office. The operator refused to acknowledge the written confirmation we had received on that very same number and claimed not to have seen it. During the conversation, he even hung up the call.
No alternatives, assistance, or solutions were offered at any stage. To make matters worse, after we informed the company that we reserved the right to make a formal complaint, all previous correspondence was deleted.
