点评:Sorry long post…Very disappointing. We had a group of ladies 5/6 of us that booked 3 months out a spa day for our friend’s birthday. At 11 pm the night before the birthday girls husband went into cardiac arrest and remained on life support for the next month and still recovering. We called at 2 am to inform the salon, again at 7 and continued to call until we reached someone to prevent the staff from coming in. The salon was apologetic and said to reach back out when we were ready to rebook, we were so appreciative and they also were since they could notify the staff in time. We put down almost $200 a person non refundable deposit. A few months have gone by and we are finally able to celebrate our friend who went through something no one should ever have to deal with and who needed this day! We went to rebook and they want us to forfeit our deposit and pay the full price again! Look….i get it…I run a business and profits could be lost that day, however we aren’t talking about a “no show, non refundable”. There has to be some kind of human element to running a business. We obviously are coming back to give another $1200. …at least return our email or pick up the phone to discuss our options. Instead we were completely ghosted. We lose our 1k deposit. We are going on with our spa day to celebrate our beautiful friend…so why would you not want the revenue and the reputation of truly caring for your community? David and Sophia..please do better! I post positive reviews..my social media is full of support and love for our small businesses! I’m sure your establishment is wonderful…but we need to do better! This is a missed opportunity for you…I personally host multiple woman and couple events and would have brought so much to your business…we could have chosen the corporate chains…we chose your small business to support..do better!
