点评：This is an old Portuguese property carefully restored by the current owners.
We went there independently but fortunately called ahead a few days before as I think reservation is essential
We were welcomed at the door by the owner and given a short 20 minute tour of the house in which the owners still live. This includes a history of the house and how they had gone about the restoration.
We were then sat down at a table on a covered terrace and served a delicious meal. 5 courses in total I think and including drinks this came out at about £20 per person. There were about 12 other diners and the 4 of us. We certainly thoroughly enjoyed our time there and strongly recommend a visit.
There is no choice of menu so you will need to advise about any allergies when booking.
We were able to wander around the lovely and peaceful Gardens after lunch.
