A Must do Family Day Out in Bern
古尔腾山的点评
点评：We’ve visited Gurten every time we’ve been to Bern — and it never disappoints! It’s the perfect place for a fun-filled family outing, with something for everyone.
The Rodelbahn (toboggan run) is always the highlight for us — fast, exciting, and so much fun! A surprise hit this time was the Migros marble run, which kept our 4-year-old entertained for ages. The huge wooden playground is fantastic too, with lots to climb, explore and enjoy.
You can hike up if you like, but we took the funicular — which is part of the fun, especially for little ones. The views over Bern from the top are breathtaking, and the area is beautifully maintained with lots of open space, picnic areas, and even DIY BBQ stations.
A lovely extra touch is the “dummy tree,” where children can say goodbye to their pacifier forever — such a sweet tradition. There’s also a small ride-on train, which was fine but not as exciting as the rest of the activities.
All in all, Gurten is a gem — we’d recommend spending at least half a day here. Beautiful nature, great facilities, and loads to keep kids happy. Don’t miss it if you’re in Bern!
