点评：I booked a visit to Brands Hatch Spa for my husband's 40th birthday (his choice), but unfortunately, I had to undergo emergency surgery, requiring us to reschedule. Due to my slow recovery, we had to change the date a second time. When I called to reschedule again, I was informed that no further changes were allowed. While I understand the need for policies, I found this disappointing, especially as I wasn’t requesting a refund.
Thankfully, we were able to attend on the scheduled date. The treatments were fine, but the overall experience was underwhelming. The pool, changing rooms, and lounge felt tired and in need of refurbishment. The menu was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming.
Having previously visited the nearby Reynolds Retreat, I can confidently say the experience there was far superior. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Brands Hatch to friends or colleagues, as the facilities and spa offerings are in serious need of an update.
