I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience with the cable car service during our visit in Sentosa
On the day of our visit, we specifically requested tickets that included the resorts world Sentosa cable car charm, emphasizing this point multiple times while purchasing. Regrettably, the ticket staff responded with a poor attitude, insisting that the charms were sold out. Despite our repeated inquiries about alternative stations, the staff continued to assert that all locations were out of charms.
In order to avoid disappointing our young children, we reluctantly decided to purchase the tickets without the charm. However, upon arriving at the Peak Gift Shop, we observed other guests exchanging tickets for the commemorative charms. The gift shop staff informed us that there were plenty of charms available, but that our tickets were not eligible for redemption.
We were extremely frustrated to learn of this misinformation, as our visit was primarily motivated by the desire to obtain these charms. Not only did we feel deceived, but we also felt that our time and money were wasted.
As a group of seven individuals who had deliberately planned this outing, we are disheartened by the lack of honesty and clarity from your staff. This experience has certainly impacted our perception of your services, and we are left feeling quite dissatisfied.
We hope you will take this feedback seriously and investigate the mishandling of information by your staff to prevent other guests from experiencing similar disappointments in the future.
