点评：I wasn't able to make it to my appointment due to the Noreaster on 9/25, which i told the receptionist that this could be a possibility when she confirmed the appointment the prior night. I had to leave a credit card # to book the appointment but i keep my cards locked. I now have at least 6 attempts on my card from Norwich Spa for $150 which they can not collect due to my card being locked and funds being transferred. I called to apologize and ask if I could reschedule and was told that NO, i could not reschedule until my missed appointment fee was paid! I informed the receptionist that they would never be receiving the payment now that they have officially been blocked as a merchant and reported to my bank. I understand time is money, but it was a weather emergency, and I called to apologize and reschedule to try to rectify the situation as best as I could.
