点评：Just returned home after a lovely four night stay here.
Was initially apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews and/or concerns on this page. But these were totally unfounded.
Booking online was extremely easy and hassle free as was the online check-in. On arrival the reception staff all very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Even gave you an informal tour of basic layout of hotel and grounds - especially if you were in the gardeners cottage.
Plenty of car parking. Free.
Room was in gardeners cottage. Lovely and spacious. Comfy bed. Room not too hot or cold. Towels changed every day. Housekeeping were lovely and efficient and very friendly.
Breakfast was a very good choice and freshly cooked to order. Evening meals also a good choice and good size portions. Again staff very good.
Cocktail bar good choice of drinks. Again good staff.
Lovely grounds to walk through or sit. Even to have a chat with the gardeners/ground staff.
Value for money.
Would I come back? Yes.
Would I recommend to friends? Yes.
