点评:We were on a girls wine tour yesterday celebrating a 65th birthday. We had planned to use Rosewood’s picnic area for snacks and cake. It’s a beautiful space , covered with a canopy, 4-5 tables and situated away from the restaurant and retail area. We were enjoying a beautiful day when a staff member rudely came to the picnic area and told us we were not allowed to eat in this area because we did not have any Rosewood products on display. (We were planning on purchasing the honey which is a staple in our home) We were humiliated, upset and hurt by such words. We felt unwanted and very uncomfortable. We quickly proceeded to clean up the area and leave the premises when a second staff member walked up and said basically the same things. I have used these facilities many times and have never encountered such rude behaviour. Through the years I have introduced Rosewood wineries to multiple friends, family and overseas guests. My friends and I will no longer set foot in this place. To the unfriendly staff members, show a little kindness and respect for the next guests who may use the picnic area. Learn how to speak to people appropriately
