点评：Glad to see so many positive reviews, I guess they turned up that day.
We booked a Sunset Cruise on a lovely Sunshine Coast afternoon, turned up well before the allotted required time and sat and waited, and waited, and waited.
Coastal Cruises had decided they didn’t have enough bookings to take the cruise out.
We rang the MOBILE number, just 5 minutes after the planned departure time, no answer. We rang 4 times over the next hour, still hoping that our afternoon holiday plan wouldn’t be wasted.
No such luck.
Checked their website, reasons for cruise cancellations included bad weather, high winds, rough conditions…..no mention of lack of bookings.
If your planning to use this company, I’d just suggest you ask if they are planning to turn up that day, or you too may waste half a day of your holiday time.
