Tolbooth Museum的点评
点评：The local Stonehaven museum is now-a-days run enirely by volunteers, even though it used to be owned by the council. It is only open during weekends.
Essentially, it is a motley collection of sundry artefacts that have some connection to Stonehaven, be it tenuous or otherwise. There is an old prison cell, cabinets stuffed with old objects, electronic equipment of yore, an old bathtub and a documentary film on the fireball tradition.
There is not much of a system behind this gallimaufry; it looks as though everything old and local has been gathered into one place and subsequently called 'museum'. But that need not detract from the fact that the objects are worth looking at.
I do not think you could reasonably spend more than an hour here at the very longest, but should you chance to be in the area and the Tolbooth is open, there can be nothing against popping inside.
They have a small gift shop with booklets and fridge magnets and what-have-you.
