点评：I have been visiting this campground for two years now but won’t be in the future. I arrived New Year’s Eve but since the hours are unclear on the site the office was closed and the night guard told me I couldn’t park by the office till morning. Suggested I go to a Walmart on New Year’s Eve. Which I did. I arrived back the next morning at 8am and was told there were no campsites available, to which I said well why did the guard tell me to come back in the morning. They managed to find me a site and charged me $106 for 3 nights. When I got to the site it was occupied but the folks cleaning up told me I could park at their third empty site till they were done. I was awoken
By a knock telling me to move two sites over because they were packed up. A friend of mine came down to split a few nights with me. We were accused of noise complaints when we weren’t even at the campsite and I was told that “two customers had to be relocated” because of “ excessive noise”. Today, I had a voicemail accusing me of parking at the site next to ours and told I would be charged for occupying a site that wasn’t paid for. I had not parked at any other site nor had I had any “guests” parking near me.
The campground seems incredibly disorganized and filthy compared to last year, with some really angry people working here. Being threatened with being charged for a second site being used by someone I don’t even know is really inappropriate. You would think they would question the person parking in the unpaid-for spot.
I am saddened by the harassment I have gone through just trying to have a relaxing week. Daily threatening voicemails, I spoke with the management this morning to explain I have no idea who was parking at the site next to ours and she was adamant about stressing the rules and how they need to enforce them instead of apologizing to me.
Not sure where this place went so downhill. Unless you have a $30,000 rig or a car full of kids they’ll treat you like a criminal.
Also the bathrooms are horrendous, and all of my neighbors have been drunk.
