点评：We had an amazing shared boat tour with Captain Sugar and his daughter Kelly! The small group - just us and another family - made for a fun, friendly atmosphere. Communication before the trip was clear and easy, and the crew had lots of local facts and stories to share along the way.
The full-day itinerary was great: we swam with the famous pigs and nurse sharks, saw the iguanas, and snorkeled at several unique spots. A sunken piano was an unexpected highlight! We also enjoyed a fresh, delicious conch salad prepared by Captain Sugar while we stopped at a pristine sandbar.
The tide was high when we first arrived at Thunderball Grotto, and Captain Sugar timed it perfectly bringing us back later. Swimming inside and seeing tropical fish with the sunlight streaming in was breathtaking. The Bahamian buffet lunch at Black Point hit the spot. Highly recommend this tour!
Tips:
• Bring some snacks, lunch can be on the later side. Captain Sugar had plenty of cold drinks!
• Snorkel masks were provided, but you may want to bring your own full set (mask and tube) to enhance the experience.
• Bring cash for the nurse shark stop and to make lunch payment easy.
• Don’t forget sun protection when out on the water all day!
