Rude and unapologetic over a sausage sandwich !!

点评：Shocking. Ordered sausages on sourdough. Waited best part of twenty minutes and order still not arrived. When people who arrived after me in a bigger group got served, I enquired where my order was. It was ready a minute later! Sausages were cold! When I opened it was a bap. Which didn’t look or feel like sourdough to me. I complained to a very rude truculent manager who seemed outraged I had complained and:
Didn’t apologise for the wait or
For fact later customers were served first - one of whom I saw had sausages
Said other customers liked a bap and that’s why I was given one ! Weird reasoning
Said I could have it on sourdough as the menu said ! Her tone and attitude were angry at me. And she was not in the least apologetic or gave a damn
I left.

翻译：太离谱了。我点了酸面包配香肠。等了将近20分钟，订单仍未送达。后来有一群人比我晚到，他们却马上就得到了服务。于是我询问我的订单为何还没来。结果一分钟后订单就送来了！不过香肠已经凉了！打开包装后我发现里面是个小面包，在我看来它既不像酸面包，吃起来也完全不是酸面包的口感。我向一位极其粗鲁蛮横的经理投诉，他似乎对我投诉这件事感到怒不可遏：
他既没有为漫长的等待道歉，也没有为后来进来的顾客反而被优先服务道歉——我亲眼看到其中一位顾客得到了香肠。
他还说其他顾客都喜欢吃小面包，所以才给我一个！这种理由真是荒谬至极。
他还说菜单上写着可以选酸面团面包，所以我也能要那个！他的语气和态度都充满怒气，丝毫没有歉意，也根本不在乎我的感受。
我只好离开了。
