Lumle Holidays Guided Tours的点评
点评：For many years, it has been my wife’s dream, to travel to India to see the Taj Mahal. We happened upon LUMLE Holidays who offered a tour called The Golden Triangle, which included visiting the Taj Mahal.
As with any holiday, there is always an apprehension, it might not live up to expectations. I am very happy to say that this was definitely not the case. We were met at the airport by a representative from LUMLE Holidays and taken, by taxi, to our hotel. The following day, we were met by the tour guide, and the rest of our group. I was very impressed, that LUMLE holidays had managed to put together a group of 16 guests, with similar ages. This meant the pace was just right for everyone. The coach we had for the entire holiday, was spacious, comfortable, clean and fully air conditioned with plenty of bottled cold water supplied throughout our trips. The driver was amazing, as his driving skills and navigation, especially in Delhi, which has to be seen to be believed, was second to none.
Throughout the entire ten days, Anirudh Singh Rathore, our tour guide, was professional, punctual, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure, you got the best experience from everywhere we visited. I cannot praise him highly enough. Unfortunately, a few of the group we were with, became unwell, the dreaded Delhi Belly, and were unable to make some of the tour days. He made arrangements with the hotel reception, to check in with the unwell guests and keep him updated with any problems. He also then, took the group to pharmacies, in order for them to purchase any required medicines and accompanied them in order to translate and help with the purchase. In doing this, we never missed any of our scheduled tours.
His knowledge both en route and at each tour stop was extensive and interesting. Needless to say, I have no doubt, that either due to him or thanks to him, my wife has fulfilled a long awaited dream and was everything she could have hoped for and more.
