Bad experience with the purchase of wine/ Mala experiencia con la compra de vino

点评：The food in the restaurant was excellent, good services, but we bought 4 boxes of wine there, we pay for the wine boxes and also pay for shipping as well (We pay $101.00 dollars for shipping). That transaction was on 08/10/2025. After one months without any notice, we decide to contact the winery. They tell us that the shipping payment is pending for amount of $680 dollars. Fortunately, we have a received with us and they will refund the payments at least that's what they told us, but we haven't the refund yet, my suggest to the people is enjoye the food but do not buy any wine /La comida en el restaurante fue muy buena y el servicio fue muy buena Tambien. Nuestra visita a la bodega fue Agosto 10/2025. Decidimos comprar 4 cajas de vino que nos ofrecieron la posibilidad en la misma bodega, pagamos el precio de las cajas, mas $101.00 dollar de envio y manejo, aproximadamente un mes después no teníamos noticias de nuestra compra y contactamos a la bodega y nos informaron que el manejo y envio eran $ 680 dólares, afortunadamente teníamos las transacciones que había hecho y nos dijeron que cancelarían la orden y nos harían un reembolso, todavia no lo tenemos, pero nos dijeron que lo harían, mi consejo es que disfruten la comida pero no compren nada de vino en la bodega.
