Bhimbetka Caves的点评
点评：We all have read a lot about human evolution – starting with Hominins around 47 to 4 million years ago to Homo sapiens around 3,00,000 years ago. We also have read/ known about Yuga cycles as per Hindu Mythology (World Ages). We also have read / known about human evolution through stone age to bronze/ iron age.
Thanks to Mr. Vishnu Shridhar Wakankar, father of Indian Rock Art, who discovered these rock carvings and shelters, this visit indeed took us back to the stunning rock paintings of Mesolithic, Paleolithic, and Neolithic periods. In our view, the visit requires a professional guide and at least 3 to 4 hours to visit all possible caves and their paintings.
Thankfully, we had an excellent guide who explained as well as interacted in the most proficient manner on various subjects connected with our visit.
