点评：This drive was on my bucket list for a while so while planning this trip to Rameshwaram I had 2 objectives - visiting the temple and driving up to this point where we are very close to SriLanka. The place didn't disappoint us at all. India's version of Key-West!
This is a nice long (approx 20 Kms) straight road with Indian Ocean on one side and Bay of Bengal on the other. So at this place you can enjoy both - Sunrise and Sunset and that's what we did. Enclosing some pictures for you to review.
Some useful tips for visiting this place:
1. Nice road to drive on. If you do not have your own vehicle, rent one - a car or a bike.
2. They open the road at 6am in the morning so that you can get there before Sunrise.
3. Swimming is not allowed here, probably because of the currents but you can walk in knee deep waters.
4. Sunrise is pristine with medium crowds, Sunset is good too but much more crowded.
5. At the end point, though a bit crowded but you'll always get parking, so don't worry about it.
6. Dhanushkodi old village is on the way, stop by if you're interested.
