Itisha and her team make her classes like cooking in your kitchen at home. She guided two senior novices (one vegetarian) with care and step-by-step instructions delivered with warmth and joy. We had the best time! We made Malaysia’s national dish, Nasie Lemak Moringa, Coconut Rice, a delicious Sambal (with tempeh), Mushroom Rendang and a tasty Malaysian omelette. Almost every ingredient was fresh from the farm. Our three hours sped by so quickly and soon we were indulging in a sumptuous lunch cooked by two amateurs!
Don’t miss this opportunity. It is a MUST DO! We spent 5 wonderful days and nights enjoying Simon and Itisha’s wonderful accommodation and generous hospitality, not to mention their fantastic tours. This is the place to be if you go to HAK Lahad Datu, Sabah.
