Ngorongoro Crater的点评
点评：This is our second trip to the crater, and it was just as magical as the first time. We knew what to expect, but we were still so grateful for the experience to be in this place. Driving in and out of the crater, experiencing the elevation and how deep the crater is, adds to the adventure. The lakes (one salt, one fresh), the hippo pond, the forest, the plains, the birds, lion families, and herds of wildebeest, elephants and zebra – it’s all here!
On our last day in in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, our tour operator (Leadwood Holidays) organized a walking tour along the Crater rim with a Ranger. Hilarie is a dedicated Ranger and guide who clearly loves his job. He guided us along the crater rim, stopping to point out plants and wildlife, and features of the landscapes on the Crater floor. We’re so glad that we got to experience the crater from above, and have a new appreciation for the beauty of the entire area. Thank you Hilarie, we hope to see you again!
