点评：This is an older shopping mall that has reinvented itself.
The basement is home to food-oriented businesses, while the 1st floor is like any typical shopping mall. With clothing stores, Daiso, and other typical shops, you will see in any other mall in Japan. As you go up the floors, you start seeing otaku merchandise.
This mall has many watch stores scattered throughout the building. Some are specific brand representatives or watch brokers. There are various pawn shops and resellers of brand merchandise.
There is one major company dominating the otaku market in this mall. Mandrake! They sell many different types of merchandise, and each unique subculture has its own store. Anime, popmart, alien, sci-fi, dolls, vintage - you name it, they have it. While there are other independent stores, it is clearly Mandrake's world.
This would be great for those who are interested in the weird, subculture anime world. If you are not, don't bother coming here.
