Great Building - Poor Viator Trip - 8 day Casablanca to Marakesh

点评：This was a great site to see and has amazing architecture. I cannot believe the size of this building and how ornate it is. Definitely a great place to see.
However, this was part of a Tripadvisor company, Viator. Viator did a poor job on our travels and we will never use them again. We were supposed to have an English speaking driver/guide. What a joke, we had two drivers, one who spoke or understood no English and the other who understood about 30%. It was like they had never had a tour and did not know the itinerary, until we called Viator and asked them to send the itinerary to them. Even then they did not know what we were supposed to see and do. On top of that, there was no air conditioning in the vehicle, some places they had never been before (and they were from Morocco). By the 6th day we were very frustrated trying to get to where we should be and see the items on the itinerary. Not a good experience for seeing Morocco or from Viator not providing what they state they will provide. We did ask for a refund and got 10% back. What a joke. DO NOT EVER USE VIATOR a Tripadvisor company! Which makes me question Tripadvisor as well.
